Mr Ashwin PatelBsc, FCCA, CPA(K), CPS(K)
Mr. Ashwin Patel is a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay, and a member of various professional associations, including Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (UK), Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Kenya), Institute of Certified Public Secretaries (Kenya) and Association of Cost and Executive Accountants (UK).
He has been in the Practice for over 4 decades and has a wealth of experience in Accounts, Audit, Tax, Arbitrations, Receiverships, Valuations and Project appraisals . He has also been immensely active on social grounds and charitable activities. Mr. Patel sits on very many social Boards like Flying Doctors Society Of Africa, Impact East Africa, Patel Brotherhood just to mention a few.
Reena Nagda ShahFCCA, CPA(K)
Ms. Reena Nagda joined Russell Bedford Alexander & Associates ( formerly Ashwin Brothers) as a trainee in the year 1997. She completed her studies in Kenya and graduated as an ACCA, attaining membership and fellowship. She is a CPA (K) and also a member of ICPAK. Her diligence, hard work and focus on all areas of accounts, audit, tax, staff needs, client needs, management, planning and execution has led to her achieving Partnership with the firm. She was the only female partner of the 4 that were admitted into partnership in 2010.
Reena has vast experience in the Audit and Assurance field. Sometimes she likes to deviate from the norm and take on special projects and assignments that are more challenging and fruitful for the growth of the profession and those that will assist the client. She has contributed and been on the Professional Committee and the Members Committee of ICPAK. She assists substantially to the CSR of the Company that supports a lot needy children.
Assifdin FerozdinBA, FCCA, CPA (K)
Assifdin started his audit career in 1999 and joined Russell Bedford Alexander & Associates ( formerly Ashwin Brothers) in 2003 where he progressed to be a Partner since 2010.
He has extensive experience in audit, assurance and tax consultancy guiding clients from diverge sectors including agriculture, construction, architects, manufacturing, clubs, charitable institutions, trading and retail businesses among others.
He is active in the operations and IT matters of the firm. He is also the partner in charge for the internal audits.
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (CPA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Lawrence NgugiCPA (K)
Mr. Lawrence Ngugi is a qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), since the year 2000. He joined Russell Bedford Alexander & Associates ( formerly Ashwin Brothers) in 1999 as an audit assistant and progressed to the position of Partner in 2010. His line of specialization and where he enjoys fervent field knowledge is Taxation, Management Consultancies, Project Management, Forensic Audit, Valuations, Combinations of Corporate Structures, Mergers and Demergers. Lawrence has a special ability to read through the small prints.
He is well conversant in Accounts, Audit and with the Laws of the Land and thus gives him the special place as the Tax partner of the firm.
Dennis Njoroge GitongaCPA (K)
Mr.Dennis joined Russell Bedford Alexander & Associates ( formerly Ashwin Brothers) in the year 1999 and in 2010 he was admitted into Partnership. Dennis is popular with both the staffs’ and clients’ as he is always willing to help. Dennis has immense patience and is recommended for his ability to manage and train people. He has a specialty of clientele some of which are Charities, Clubs, Societies, Sacco’s, Provident Funds amongst the usual trading, manufacturing and horticultural organizations.
He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Of Kenya.
